Throbbing In Neck On Right Side I Have Noticed In The Last Couple Of Weeks That I Have This Throbbing Pain In The Side Of My Neck....?

I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that I have this throbbing pain in the side of my neck....? - throbbing in neck on right side

I had my neck adjusted 2 times since I noticed, but that does not seem to help. This is not a constant pain, just sometimes, I see if more stressed. It feels like the muscles, but almost like the pain within sounds quite mad? Always on the right side. They said I could be my blood pressure. If it rises, is what pains .. Has anyone heard? I've never had problems with my blood pressure.
