As a former chef, I make a dish with choricuo Portuguese sausage, potatoes and beans, it is ok, the kitchen is good, but the fat before adding a lot of taste, the only real difference between the 2 is the andouille smoked beans were Spanish and Portuguese do not, you can create a rich and pleasing aroma, the onion and cook for you in the fat and more caramelized flavor and taste.

Different textures. If hacked the recipe for the sausage, or gold. My experience with sausage is brown, it is, first remove the oil or fat. Making the adjustment process, if you can, the first sausage, drain the fat and use it in your recipe to cook.

Yes, very different textures and flavors. But if you really want, should use the sausage and beans taste very good. Only brown and drain the fat before adding it to your pot of beans. It can be a great recipe adjustment.

Not many foods can be compared with chorizo! Smell and taste is priceless, if I were you, I continue and use the sausage and forget it! - My opinion.

Allow me the sausage, as if the dry version. The coolness tends to oily, so some may see the first big one.
